With over 25 years of experience in IT services and technology staffing, Vimala has built and evolved talent ecosystems that help organizations scale effectively in dynamic, high-demand environments. She began her career with Tekmark in 1999 and progressed into senior leadership roles, continuing her journey through the company’s acquisition by Orion Innovation. Through July 2022, she played a pivotal role in guiding talent strategy during periods of expansion, integration, and operational transformation.

Vimala has led enterprise-scale recruitment initiatives across high-volume technology hiring, executive search, and integrated delivery models, including SOW T&M, SOW Fixed Projects, RPO, and MSP engagements. Her approach blends strategic vision with execution excellence, ensuring alignment between business goals and talent outcomes.

Prior to rejoining Orion Innovation, Vimala served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Flexton and as Chief Talent Officer at Sysmind, where she strengthened talent frameworks and elevated recruitment operations to support business growth.
