Brian Bronson brings over 25 years of executive leadership across the global technology and engineering sectors. Known for driving profitable growth, transforming businesses, and leading large-scale organizational change, Orion is uniquely equipped to guide Orion Innovation toward its ambitious vision. His deep expertise in digital transformation, product engineering, and innovation aligns perfectly with Orion’s goals for the future.
Prior to joining Orion, Brian served as EVP of US Telecom, Media, and Entertainment at Capgemini, where he successfully integrated Capgemini’s global engineering services across the Americas and Asia. In this role, he was instrumental in advancing growth and innovation across 5G edge devices, IIoT convergence, and software engineering frameworks.
Earlier in his career, as President & CEO of Radisys, Brian led a strategic transformation of the company from a hardware provider to an industry leader in open telecom solutions. This shift culminated in Radisys’ acquisition by Reliance Industries in 2018, marking a pivotal success.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Communications from Oregon State University. His strategic vision and commitment to innovation make him a valuable leader as Orion embarks on the next stage of growth.
